Pure palladium electrolyte with outstanding bonding and solderability

PALLUNA® 452 is a weakly ammoniacal electrolyte used for palladium deposition in continuous systems and rack plating. It is used especially where excellent bondability & solderability are required.

The electrolyte has been used in semiconductor technology for many years and is primarily utilized in selective high-speed deposition. It is especially suitable for systems that have immersion cells, belt cells, brush cells, jet and spot systems.
